Every colleague with an active account is one staff seat. Patients, departments, locations and devices are never counted, and invitations are not billed until they are accepted.
The package starts with 3 users.
Free trial, no card needed. When you're ready, subscribe from Settings → Subscription inside OPALEVI — your seats are counted for you.
Before you sign up
Two ways to pay
- By card
- Paddle, our merchant of record, charges the card, issues the invoice and handles sales tax. The subscription renews by itself each month or year until you cancel.
- In EURC or USDC
- The same euro price, paid from your practice's own wallet on Ethereum or Solana — USDC at the day's ECB rate. The period is paid in advance and does not renew by itself. OPALEVI never holds a wallet for you.
One method at a time; you can switch when the paid period ends.
When the trial ends
Nothing is charged, because you never gave a card. The account turns read-only until you subscribe, and every record stays exactly as you left it.
If you stop paying
OPALEVI turns read-only: you can still open, search, print and export every record, but not change it. Nothing is deleted, and the next payment opens everything as it was.
Your data, in and out
Import patients, visits and departments from the Excel templates — OPALEVI tells you, row by row, what it could not read. Export your patients and visits to a spreadsheet whenever you want, without asking us.
Questions about staff seats
- Are pending invitations billed?
- No. An invitation costs nothing until the colleague accepts it and their account becomes active.
- Does someone who works on several devices count more than once?
- No. A seat is a person, not a device: a doctor on a phone, a tablet and the clinic's computer is one seat.
- I own the clinic. Is my own seat paid for too?
- Yes. The owner is staff like every colleague: they see the patients, the visits and the till, and run the clinic — on one staff seat, €10.95 a month, like any colleague.
- Can we pay once a year?
- Yes, and it costs less: €95.40 per staff seat per year instead of €131.40, which is €7.95 a month per seat — 27% below the monthly price. You can move between monthly and yearly at any time from Settings → Subscription.
